Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping time
After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once returned (additional shipping fees may apply).

Delivery issues / lost packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days and we will help investigate.
