Returns (Unopened items)
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price (original shipping fees are non-refundable).

Opened items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened dietary supplements.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. We will make it right.

How to start a return
Email care@silkherb.shop with your order number. We will reply with return instructions.

Refund timing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank/payment provider.
