### Suggested use

Adults: take 2 capsules with water 30–60 minutes before bed.

If you are new to Essence of Night or tend to be more sensitive, start with 1 capsule for several nights, then increase to 2 capsules as needed.

If you mainly struggle to fall asleep, take your dose closer to bedtime.
If you tend to wake up during the night, you may take it a little earlier in the evening, with a light snack.

Best taken with a small amount of food rather than on an empty stomach. Avoid taking with heavy, high-fat meals or alcohol close to bedtime.

For best results, use consistently as part of a calming bedtime routine.
